Who operates this website

KNS Administrative Offerings is a planned storefront of C & S Airspray LLC. Our intended website is knsadmin.com. For privacy questions, use the support email on our contact page. A business mailing address will be published before launch.

Browsing and contact drafts

The storefront has no customer account registration, analytics, or advertising trackers. The free checklist does not require an email address.

Your cart uses browser local storage named ka-cart-v1 to remember selected product identifiers on this device. It stores no personal details, payment information, or prices. You can remove selections in your cart or clear browser site data. If browser storage is unavailable, cart selections last only for the current page session.

The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send the message or submit your form details to a website inbox. You choose whether to send it. If you email us, your address and message pass through the email services involved. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or private download links in an inquiry.

Website hosting can involve technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time. Railway is our selected hosting provider. Logging and retention settings are still under review for the sales launch.

Checkout and order records

When purchasing is enabled, card details are entered into NMI’s secure payment fields embedded in this website. Those fields send card data directly to NMI and return a payment token. This storefront does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. The server sends the token, order amount and reference, and receipt email to NMI, then verifies the payment result before making paid files available.

A private order database stores the order reference, selected product and title, price and currency, order and payment-attempt status and timestamps, gateway payment identifiers, the email address supplied at checkout, and the products and files included in the purchase. It also records processed payment-event identifiers and access revocations. These records support payment verification, delivery, recovery, and avoiding duplicate processing.

Older temporary checkout links may display an invoice reference, amount, and currency. These links do not independently establish a paid order or authorize downloads.

Order cookies and private links

Starting checkout sets an order-access cookie lasting up to 30 days and a pending-checkout cookie lasting up to 23 hours. They let the browser reopen its order page and retry an existing checkout. The cookies are restricted from page scripts and use secure transport on the HTTPS site. Clearing them can require email recovery to reopen an order.

Individual file links expire after 15 minutes; an authorized receipt page can create fresh links. Email access links expire after seven days and can establish a new 30-day order-access cookie. Keep these links private because they grant access to purchased files.

Transactional email and recovery

When a sending account and sender are configured, Resend delivers purchase and recovery emails. The message contains the purchased product, order reference, and a private access link. It is sent to the address supplied at checkout and recorded for the verified paid order, with no product library attached.

The website stores the exact queued email content, including recipient and signed access link, together with delivery attempts, status, provider message identifier, and error information. Keeping the same message for retries helps prevent duplicate delivery. A sent status reflects provider acceptance, not a guarantee that the message reached an inbox.

The recovery form accepts an order reference and checkout email. If they match a paid order, it queues a fresh access email to the address already stored for that order. It does not change the recipient to a new address. The site also keeps limited recovery-attempt and rate-limit records. Email recovery is unavailable until sending is configured.

The downloadable Field Desk app

Field Desk is separate from the storefront. It stores the records you enter locally in the browser on your device. It does not synchronize them with this website, our order database, other devices, or the Excel workbooks. Its JSON backup and restore tools are under your control. Follow the included README and save backups before clearing browser data or changing devices.

Retention and questions

A final retention and deletion schedule for orders, payment-event records, email queues, backups, support correspondence, and hosting logs has not yet been set. Expiring cookies and download links do not delete these records. The current order and email implementation does not automatically erase them when an access link expires. Provider retention practices and our privacy-request process must be confirmed before live orders begin.

For privacy questions and requests, use the support email on our contact page. We will update this notice when the website’s practices change and date the final published policy.
